Below are overviews and schedules of the classes we offer. If you're interested in a program schedule a free consultation and you'll be able to train with us for a week at no cost to you

 
 

Kids Program

Children grow at different stages and have different physical skill levels. For this reason we split up the classes by age until they are teenagers. Our schedule and age break down is as follows:

Baby Tiger Class, Ages 4 - 7

  • Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - 4:15pm

  • All Belt Levels

Tiger Class, Ages 7 - 10

  • Monday - Friday from 4:30pm - 5:15pm

  • All Belt Levels

Junior Class, Ages 10 - 13

  • Monday - Friday from 5:30pm - 6:15pm


Teenage Program

Our teen class is geared towards students who are typically in High School. Invitation to the class may also be extended to those who are younger by the Grandmaster.

Teenage Class, Ages 14 - 18

  • Colored Belts

    • Monday, Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:15pm

  • Black Belts

    • Tuesday, Thursday from 6:30pm - 7:15pm

  • Mixed Belts

    • Friday from 6:30pm - 7:15pm


Adult Program

Adults from all levels are welcome to train with us at our dual class offering. We have both morning and evening classes for those who require more flexibility in their schedule. The morning class is also more focused on general fitness and may contain boot camp style training.

Morning Class

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15am - 10:15am

Evening Class

  • Mixed Belts

    • Monday, Wednesday from 7:30pm - 8:30pm

  • Black Belts

    • Tuesday, Thursday from 7:30pm - 8:30pm

  • Mixed Belts

    • Friday from 7:30pm - 8:30pm
